Pastor’s Update

Elie Haddad and Bay Area Family Gathering

Happy Thursday Bay Area Family,

I am really excited to host Elie Hadad, president of Arabic Baptist Theological Seminary in Beirut, Lebanon as our special guest this Sunday at Bay Area Church in all services. Elie is a friend, a partner in the gospel, and a champion for Christ in the MENA region of the world. You will be inspired as he shares a message from John 10 and relays stories of Jesus at work in North Africa and the Middle East. Join Elie and me this Sunday at 9:30 and 11 as we gather to worship and celebrate baptisms.

Mark your calendar to attend the Bay Area Family Gathering on Sunday evening, April 28. The gathering is our annual meeting when the elders and leadership team highlight the state of the church, the work of Christ in the church, and look forward to what is next. This is the most important vision casting and decision making moment of our church for the entire year. We have some very exciting things to share as a result of a lengthy strategic planning initiative. I am literally giddy as I think about the the direction God is leading us. We want to tell you all about that. Please, please, please, make plans to be apart and discover just how you can help in leading our next kingdom initiatives.

You are loved and prayed over. See you Sunday!

Pastor Brian
