Guard the Heart
Student Ministry
Join us for Guard the Heart (formerly Purity for Life) on Saturday, September 12, from 9 a.m. until noon in the Student Center! This event is a time for students and their parents, grandparents, or mentors to learn about and discuss what it means to live out God's good design for sexuality and purity. Guard the Heart is Milestone 4 in Bay Area's Legacy Milestones.
Adults will hear from Dr. Jessica Peck, host of the Dr. Nurse Mama show and author of Behind Closed Doors: A Guide to Help Parents and Teens Navigate Through Life's Toughest Issues. Guys and girls will break out with Kyle Backhus and Lauren Armstrong, respectively, for gender-specific, student-focused discussion.
