1. Obviously, prayer is very important to the earliest followers of Jesus. How important is prayer to you? Describe your personal prayer life and your community prayer life.
2. Why should we trust deeply in the sovereignty of God over the good and the bad? Consider the reasons the prayer in Acts 4 voices trust in the sovereignty of God.
3. How can we pray in line with the direction of the Holy Spirit and the will of God?
4. Do you have a tendency to pray for deliverance from difficulty when instead you should pray for boldness? How can you begin praying for faith-based courage?
