Doctrine Text: Titus 1:10-16
1. Can you recall a time in your life when you were led astray in your doctrinal thinking? What brought you back?
2. Do you struggle more with internal (twisting of scripture – ex. legalism) or external (allowing cultural thought to dictate your doctrine) corruption of doctrine?
3. What are some practical ways you can sieve through the various worldviews and philosophies that exist within our immediate cultural context to determine what we should accept and reject as followers of Jesus?
4. Take a look at Matt 18:15-20. What does this look like practically with restoration in mind? Have you ever seen this process executed well/poorly?
