When and where is Parent Summit?
Parent Summit will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2025, 9:00am – 2:00pm at Bay Area Church 4800 West Main Street, League City, TX 77573

What’s included in the price of a ticket?
The registration price includes summit entry, a light breakfast and lunch on Saturday, excellent teaching from speakers and special guests, a few surprises, and some truly fantastic snacks (trust us about the snacks… we’re very serious about snacks here at Bay Area).

What is the cost of Parent Summit?
Attendee $20
Additional Attendee $10 (i.e. spouse)
Kid Summit: $10 per child, max of $40
Refunds are available until April 6th . Afterward, you can receive a 50% refund until April 11th . Tickets are non-refundable after April 11th at 11:59 PM.

When will registration close?
Online registration will close Thursday, April 16 th . Walk-ups are welcome on the day of the event.

Who is this summit for?
This summit is designed to equip parents in every age, stage, and family situation to intentionally disciple the children in their lives.

Our main stage speakers will provide inspiration and vision for embracing the biblical role of the family. In addition, a variety of breakout sessions will offer practical, real-life guidance for specific parenting seasons and family dynamics—including expecting parents, foster and adoptive families, blended families, empty nesters, grandparents, and more.

How do I register?

Is childcare provided?
Yes, bring your kids! Birth to 5th grade, are welcome to join us for a day of activities, food and fun in Kid Summit.

Is this just for parents with young kids?
Absolutely not! Parent Summit is for parents of kids at all ages and stages. Whether you’re parenting little ones or launching young adults, you’ll find sessions and insight tailored to your situation.

Who is speaking?
We’re lining up fantastic speakers for you. Parent Summit will feature familiar Bay Area faces and several special guests who are experts in their fields.

What if I have additional questions?
We’ve got answers! Email us at   and we’d love to help.

Will there be a virtual option?
There will not be a virtual option. Parent Summit is more than conference sessions and breakouts – it’s also an experience that’s designed to connect and refresh parents. We believe that’s best facilitated in person. However, select summit content will be posted on our website after the event.

Will Parent Summit resources be available for purchase after the summit is complete?
Yes, through the discipleship office at Bay Area Church, while supplies last.

Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! Parenting is better with community. Invite a fellow parent to come along and grow together. This is more than a one-day summit, it’s a chance to pause, reflect, and invest in your family’s future. We can’t wait to see you there!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
We do not have any reserved room blocks, however there are a variety of hotels within a few miles of the church.
