Stacia Lauderdale and Payton Ballard
Stacia Lauderdale is a mom of three teenage daughters who is passionate about walking alongside teenagers and women as they discover their identity, worth, and confidence in Christ rather than in the ever-changing standards of the world. After spending 15 years as a full-time mom and serving in education and nonprofit leadership, she felt God calling her to help others find healing, hope, and lasting transformation. Stacia understands the unique pressures young women face and believes that when we truly know who God says we are, we can live with greater freedom, purpose, and courage.
Payton is a clinical mental health counseling graduate student in her final year at the University of Houston–Clear Lake. She is currently completing her clinical internship at LifeTree Counseling Center in League City, where she provides counseling services and enjoys helping clients discover practical tools for growth and healing. Payton also serves as the Ambassador Coach for Bay Area’s Celebrate Recovery.
Unshaken: Finding your identity in Christ
In a world that constantly tells us our worth depends on our appearance, achievements, relationships, or social media, it can be difficult to know who we truly are. This session will encourage teen girls and young women to discover their unshakable identity in Christ by replacing the lies of the world with the truth of God’s Word. Through Scripture, discussion, and reflection, participants will leave with greater confidence in who God created them to be and practical tools to remain rooted in His truth. (youth & young adults only)

Breaking Free: The Fight Against Insecurity, Comparison, and the Pressure of not Being Enough.
The feeling of not being good enough can be heavy, overwhelming, and sometimes feel like we are drowning. We look at others and think they are smarter, prettier, more successful, or have it all together, leaving us wondering if we will ever be enough. The pressure to measure up can be exhausting. In this breakout session, we will discover what God says about our identity and worth. Together, we will replace the lies of comparison with the truth of God's Word, that you were created in His image, He calls you good, and your value has never been determined by how you compare to anyone else.

Unchained: The Freedom on the Other Side of Truth
Some wounds stay with us longer than they should — not because we're broken, but because we haven't yet found the path through. Real freedom doesn't come from avoiding hard things; it comes from facing them. Unchained invites women into the transforming work of Christian forgiveness, the courage to see the truth clearly, the grace to release what you've been carrying, and the healing that only Christ can give. You don't have to stay stuck. The path to freedom is waiting — and you don't have to walk it alone.

Habits of a Godly Woman
In this session, Cheri Strange will help you discover that spiritual maturity isn't built through good intentions—it is cultivated through intentional, biblical habits practiced over time. Together, you'll explore the rhythms that have shaped faithful followers of Christ throughout Scripture and learn practical ways to weave them into the realities of everyday life. Whether you're just beginning to establish spiritual habits or have walked with Christ for decades, you'll leave with a biblical framework for cultivating rhythms that deepen intimacy with God, shape everyday choices, and foster lasting spiritual growth.
