Receptionist and Care Ministry Assistant (FT)

This is a full-time, benefit-eligible staff position. The work schedule is Monday through Friday during church office hours (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM) for 40 hours per week. Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
Student Pastor (FT)

The Student Pastor serves as the primary leader of the Student Ministry, supporting the church’s vision of saturating the 4B Area with the gospel by restoring people, families, and churches.
They will shepherd this critical ministry by discipling junior high and high school students, equipping parents to be the primary faith trainers of the next generation, and leading the Student Ministry staff and volunteers with excellence.
This role reports to the Discipleship Pastor and supervises the Student Ministry staff and volunteers, providing leadership and oversight to its teaching, strategic planning, ministry events, and LifeGroups.
In order to effectively execute these areas of responsibility, they will show evidence of a high degree of relational intelligence, collaborative work in teams, as well as giftedness in teaching and communication in their work history. This individual will operate with integrity, authenticity, and loyalty, so as to encourage and enrich the spiritual growth endeavors of the church, faithfully trusting Christ to use them effectively.
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required; Seminary degree preferred
Preferred Experience:
-
At least five years of experience working with and leading in ministry to junior high and high school students
-
This person must embrace their role as a partner, equipper, and encourager of parents as the primary faith trainers of their children
-
Ability to build and lead volunteer teams to expand the impact made on students and their families
-
Familiarity with Legacy Milestones and passion for equipping parents to disciple their students
Pastor of Missions and Mobilization (FT)

The Pastor of Missions and Mobilization will provide strategic leadership and oversight to all missions and mobilization ministry efforts while empowering staff and volunteers to support and carry out the vision to saturate the 4B Area with the gospel by restoring people, families, and churches.
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required; Seminary degree preferred
Preferred Experience:
-
At least five years of church staff experience working directly in the areas of leadership, missions, mobilization, or non-church experience in similar efforts;
-
Proven track record in leadership, strategy, and systems development, people mobilization, and overseeing large and multifaceted parts of an organization;
-
Collaborative team-builder who understands both the practical and theological sides of ministry;
-
Previous knowledge in, or the ability and willingness to learn, a Kingdom Disciple Society Church DNA framework and mindset
Missions Ministry Assistant (PT)

This flexible, part-time staff position works on campus for 15-20 hours weekly between Monday and Thursday. Work typically occurs during church office hours (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM) and occasional Sunday morning worship services. Tuesdays are required due to ministry staff meetings. Compensation will depend on qualifications and experience.
Kids Ministry Nursery Workers (PT)
We’re looking for a few individuals to assist our Kids Ministry team with occasional childcare needs at the church. Great opportunity for anyone who loves children, wants to serve on a Christ-centered team, and enjoys sharing the Gospel with little ones!
Responsibilities:
• Assist in teaching Bible-based curriculum
• Follow cleaning protocol throughout the shift to keep interactive areas sanitary and safe
• Monitor and interact with children during all activities to ensure the safety of all children
Depending on your schedule availability and the ministry’s needs, shifts may include Tuesday evenings (during Care Ministry groups), Wednesday evenings (during Midweek), Saturdays (special events), and/or Sundays (AM worship services, special events).
