Full-Time Maintenance Technician (Variable Schedule)

Bay Area Church and Christian School have an opening for a full-time Maintenance Technician. Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing routine and emergency repairs and upkeep of the facilities and grounds. This particular position will work a variable schedule each week, based on the needs of the organization. The Women’s Ministry Coordinator will participate in the establishment and leadership of the Bay Area Church Women’s Ministry. Bay Area Church has an immediate opening for a full-time Tech Arts Director for our growing church. The Tech Arts Director manages the technical execution of worship services, productions, and special events.  The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive experience in installing, operating and designing audio, video and lighting systems, with the ability to train and equip others.  Preference will be given to candidates who possess three years of experience working in the industry within a large church setting.  Submit completed employment application with resume and references to hr@bayarea.church.

Bay Area Church and Christian School have an opening for a full-time Human Resource Generalist.  The Human Resource Generalist assists the Human Resource Manager in the following functional areas: full-cycle recruiting, compliance and record-keeping, benefits administration, policy development, communications, employee relations, talent management, and general human resources day-to-day administration. The Human Resources Generalist will perform all duties and responsibilities in support of Bay Area Church’s mission to glorify God by making disciples, equipping families, and serving the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Membership at Bay Area Church is preferred, but not required.
