Pastor’s Update

Weekly Update from Pastor Brian

Dear Church,

This weekend as we gather for worship, we will focus on the 4th habit in our series 5 Habits that will change your life. What is habit #4? “Pursue Community.” Honestly, life can be lonely even in a crowd. Gather with us at 9:30 or 11 and let’s discover what the Bible says about how you and I can experience community and pursue relationships even when we feel alone.

Now is the time to register for Parent Summit. I am excited that we will be hosting author and Christian Apologist, Natasha Crain as our guest speaker. She is the author of the new book, Talking with Your Kids About God. Beyond that we will have incredible breakout sessions for parenting at every season of life. Angela and I are excited to speak with parents of teenagers especially. Registration ends Sunday evening at 11:59:59 PM. Truthfully, no one has parenting mastered. Spend the day with us February 3rd for equipping and inspiration. Register now at

Thanks for your generosity towards our Christmas Missions Offering. We will be making a donation to the 4B Disaster Response Network for $30,000 to continue with Harvey rebuild in the 4B area. Your giving makes a real difference in the lives of real people. More to come!

Have a great week. You are loved!

We are opening NEW CLASSES in March 2018 – at 9:30 and 11. At 9:30am you may choose to serve weekly or month on/month off.  At 11am you would alternate every other month with another secured team. Help us stay on track and open these classes on time and with excellence. Email or go to this link on our website:

Our 3 yr old classes are looking for exceptional team members to serve at 9:30 or 11am. It’s imperative that we secure team members and avoid combining classes. The best teaching moments happen when the class size is appropriate. We email lessons weekly and provide all supplies needed. You focus on preparing your heart and connecting with kids and their parents. Help strengthen our team by emailing or go to this link on our website:
