THE WEEKLY WEEK OF 8-20-2023

Legacy Coalition Grandparent Summit:

Thank you for investing in the amazing movement of intentional Christian grandparents. Year after year, the Legacy Grandparents Summit has been an eye-opening, purpose-defining, and trajectory-changing event for grandparents around the world. Christian grandparents are coming to understand how incredibly influential they are. They are learning how their spiritual investments are now impacting future generations in their family. They are embracing a grand new purpose to be living examples of God’s faithfulness for their grandchildren. They are seeing they’re part of a global movement to turn the hearts of the youngest generations to Christ. Join Us October 21, 9-4:30pm in the Equip Room. Lunch will be provided. Here is the link to register

https://legacycoalition.brushfire.com/simulcast/553741; The cost is $49.00 per person until Sept 12 when it goes up to $59, so register early.

Celebrate Recovery:

IS CELEBRATE RECOVERY FOR ME OR SOMEONE I KNOW? We all deal with life’s hurts and challenges by living in this broken world. Celebrate Recovery is a beautiful community of strugglers working to get honest about our pain, brokenness, and the negative ways we may see ourselves, God, and others. CR uses a biblically based and balanced approach to help bring sustainable recovery, healing, and restoration to our lives. If you would like to know more about the Celebrate Recovery community please email CR@bayarea.church.unity. CR meets every Tuesday from 6:30-9.

Israel Experience: Do you want to experience walking in the footsteps of Jesus? If so, sign up for the less-strenuous Israel trip bayarea.church/events, which Pastor Brian will lead in November 2023. You are going to love her and the message of hope she is bringing! Letting God Be Enough is the retreat theme. Who is going to join us?

The next in-person Baptism & Life in Christ Class will be on Sunday, September 3rd at 11:00 am in the Equip Room. Our next scheduled baptism will be on Sunday, September 10th. You can sign up for either of these at www.bayarea.church/baptism.
