I pray you are walking in the grace and peace of Christ. It has been an eventful week in our city, nation, and world. Let me encourage you to take time to block out the noise and focus on what matters. I was thinking this week we often spend more time with Fox News or CNN than we do in the Scriptures. In that way, really, Fox News is discipling us or CNN is discipling us. Turn off the news and limit social media. Pray. Read the Scriptures. Ask God to speak to you. Enjoy friends and family. You will find rest for your soul.
