Dear Bay Area Family,
Last week Roger Cullins shared with me his acceptance of a new ministry role at Houston’s First Bapist Church. Roger will serve as Worship Pastor for the Cypress Campus and will begin his ministry there on November 11. You will hear from Roger and from me in person on Sunday but I wanted you to know ahead of time.
I am very grateful for Roger’s leadership with Bay Area Church over the last 7 years. It is difficult to explain in an email the kind of worship transition the Lord led us through in that time frame. Personally, I will miss Roger’s day to day friendship, his voice on our team, and his leadership of us each Sunday morning.
Everything we all do is for the King and his Kingdom. To know the Cullins family will bless another part of the body of Christ in a growing part of our city for the glory of Jesus is awesome. Let’s bless them as we send them to Cypress.
You are invited to a reception for Roger, Katherine, and their family immediately following the late worship service on November 10. More details will come but make plans to attend and express your thanks and love for the Cullins family.
