Midweek Kickoff: Wednesday, 6:30-8:00pm

Women: “The Armor of God” by Priscilla Shirer, led by Tracey Wolverton, in the Fellowship  Hall.  Cost $10

Men: “Growing Up” by Robby Gallaly,  led by Bill Black, in Room 207.  Cost $10

Adults: “James” by Matt Chandler, led by Max Tucker, in Room 205.  Cost $10

Kid Classes are available from birth-5th grade.  Please complete the Kids Classes Registration form if they will be attending.

We will be offering in-person Baptism & Life in Christ Class on Wednesday, October 13 at 6:30pm. Our next scheduled baptism will be on Sunday, October 24. You can sign up for either of these at www.bayarea.church/baptism.

Israel Less Strenuous Tour: Register to attend the Israel trip, Nov 28-Dec 9, 2021 that is designed to be “less strenuous.” The vision is to invest in our spiritual mothers and fathers and other pilgrims who have always wanted to go but did not want the difficult hikes. Enjoy the same teaching, most of the same sites, and the same rich experience with God. You will study the Biblical Text in context, and it will change you.

STUDENT 

Student Midweek:  Wednesday nights, 6:30-8:00 pm in the Student Center.

Preparing for Milestones seminars.  These classes are meant to prepare parents ahead of time to have the necessary discussions with their children as they walk the path of discipleship.  Each seminar will be held during the 11:00 hour and will include teaching, Q & A with a family that has gone through the milestone and time to interact with parents who are walking the same stage.  For more information and to register, please visit bayarea.church/events.

Joining the KidMin Team! KidMin (Ministry to Kids and Families) offers a vibrant Sunday morning program for Birth-5th grade Kids. In order to function successfully, grow and thrive, we MUST have additional Team Members!

   AS OF 9/28/21 – HERE ARE THE AREAS OF GREATEST NEED:

  • Two’s @ 9:30 and 11am: Ideally, we would have A/B Classes both hours. Until then, we MUST HAVE additional team members at 11am.
  • Three’s @ 9:30: We need additional team members in both of the 3-A&B small groups (rotating basis) to avoid combining classes.
  • Kindergarten – offered @ 11am: We are in need of additional team members, allowing for 2 (A/B) Kindergarten Classes. This will maximize teaching opportunities and enhance connection between leaders and students.
  •  Fifth Grade Girls small group is in need of a Lead Teacher every other month.
  • Champion’s Club (supporting families with special needs): We are gaining more students and need to add additional Adult team members @ 9:30 and 11am.

HERE IS OUR WEEKLY SUNDAY SCHEDULE FOR KIDS, BIRTH-5TH GRADE: 

FOR PRESCHOOL KIDS:

  • Birth – Older Toddlers Classes is offered @ 9:30am & 11am – in Young Preschool, Section A (next to the worship center).
  • Older Preschool, 2 years (by 9/1/21) through 4 years (or 5, but NOT entering Kindergarten) will be in H building.

FOR ELEMENTARY KIDS: ELEMENTARY KIDS MAY STAY 2 HOURS IN KIDMIN. Parents may choose whether kids stay both hours or attend one hour only. 

  • “252 Kids” (Large Group – includes Worship, Bible Lesson and other elements) is offered at 9:30am in the Kids Theater.
  • Elementary Small Groups are offered at 11am in the “C” Building.
