Israel Less Strenuous Tour: Register to attend the Israel trip December 1-12, 2019 that is designed to be “less strenuous.” The vision is to invest in our spiritual mothers and fathers and other pilgrims who have always wanted to go but did not want the difficult hikes. MISSION

First Saturday Serve: In cooperation with the 4B Disaster Response Network, the next First Saturday Serve is coming up on April 6. Consider joining other area churches as we assist families still dealing with the destruction of Hurricane Harvey over 19 months ago. For more info and to register to volunteer, go to:  www.4bresponse.org.

Boston Family Mission Trip: Our first-ever Family Mission Trip to Boston is scheduled for July 6-13. We will be serving with our church partner in Belmont, a suburb of Boston. Among other activities, we will host a Basketball Camp for children in the community as an introduction to the church. SENIOR ADULTS

Senior Connection: Potluck luncheon for our Senior Adults who are 55 years and older. Senior Connection meets every first and third Thursday of the month for devotionals, fellowship, and activities. On March 21, Senior Connection will participate in a Passover Meal, at 10:30am, in the Student Center Café.

STUDENTS

Student Midweek: Wednesdays, 6:30-8:00pm in the Student Center.

Summer Trip Info Meeting: Sunday, March 24, 12:15pm. Parents and students, this is your opportunity to get all of the details for Student Life camp and mission trips to Galveston and Boston. A light lunch will be served, but we will not be able to provide childcare or lunch for younger siblings. If you have any questions, please contact the student ministry office.

Milestone Two Seminar:  How to Lead Your Child to Christ: March 20; 6:30-8:00pm; Kids Theater

First – Sixth Grade kids and their parents are invited to attend this Seminar, covering topics like: Accepting Christ as Savior, Is My Child Ready for Salvation?, God’s Plan of Salvation, Baptism Explained and Discipleship Begins at Home. Champion’s Club Buddies needed!: Would you make a Sunday morning commitment to serve a child needing one on one attention?  Buddies are needed immediately to assist children who are mainstreamed in a classroom or kid’s worship service. VBS 2019: “IN THE WILD” – Volunteer Registration is OPEN NOW! We would like to recruit 225 Leaders by April 15. As of 3/6/19 we have 134 Volunteers registered. 7th Grade Students through Adults – help us prepare well – and well ahead of time by registering now to serve at VBS. SAVE THE DATE for our Friday, April 26 “VBS All Staff Meeting.” This important time of connection and training will take place in the Kids Theater from 7:00-9:00pm.
