If you will be joining us for the first time WELCOME! We will gather IN PERSON and ONLINE for worship services at 8:30am, 10:00am and 11:30am, and online only at 5pm.  Text BACCONNECT to 94090 to fill out our connect card. Masks are required for ages 10+.

Holiday Office Closures: Our church offices will be closed for Thanksgiving on November 26 & 27 and December 25 – January 1 for the Christmas holidays. We will have Sunday church services on December 27 & January 3. We hope you have a wonderful and blessed holiday season with your family and friends. Adults, Students LifeGroups and 252 kids will not meet November 29.  Birth through 4yrs will have classes.

Christmas Eve Services: Thursday, December 24, at 1:00, 2:30, 4:00 and 5:30pm. Invite your friends and neighbors to come and celebrate Christmas with us.  RSVP coming soon.. KidMin Classes available for ages birth-4 years. 

Advent Devotional: Advent Books by Paul David Tripp are $8 each and are for sale in the foyer on Sunday mornings and will be daily from Dec 1- Dec 24. For this advent season, our staff will be doing daily Facebook LIVE devotional readings from the Advent Books.

Israel Experience 2021: May 30-June 10, 2021 Israel Experience registration is now open. In 2006 Brian experienced the land of Israel and studied the biblical text in context for the very first time. It opened his eyes and changed him forever. He knew then he had to lead others to experience Israel with the Bible as their guide. Since then, he has led hundreds to walk the ancient paths of the Scripture and to discover the root of their faith in Christ. It is the experience of a lifetime and worth the investment. Women’s Bible Study: The Emotionally Healthy Woman – Eight Things You Need to Quit to Change Your Life. This study is  in-person on our campus at 8:30 & 10 a.m. in Room A-217 and online on Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm via Facebook on the Bay Area Women’s Ministry Group Page, www.Facebook.com/groups/BACWomen.

STUDENTS

Student Midweek meets the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Wednesdays nights of the month from 7:00-8:00 pm in the main worship center.  Masks are required.  No Midweek November 25, Happy Thanksgiving!

Student LifeGroups will not meet on Sunday, November 29.

Collide 2021 is coming up January 15-17 and registration is now open at www.bayarea.church/events.  We are very excited to be able to gather together, worship God together, and hear from His word together.  Cost is for the weekend is $60 per person.  Register before November 29 as part of early registration and receive a free long sleeved Collide shirt!

KIDMIN

252 Kids @ 10 – Can you switch? As families continue returning to our BAC campus- we are reaching out to Parents of 252 Kids who attend @ 10am for your help!! Would you consider moving to 8:30am. It is difficult to maintain “social distancing” with the amount of kids/adults in attendance every Sunday. Some of you may be a part of a 10am LifeGroup and your child needs to match that hour. For those who don’t have this conflict – please consider this helpful change for a healthier environment during this unique and challenging season.  To help us prepare well, please email christina.garner@bayarea.church if your child will switch to 8:30am 252 Kids.

Joining the KidMin Team! KidMin (Ministry to Kids and Families) offers a vibrant Sunday morning program for Birth-5th grade Kids. In order to function successfully, grow and thrive, we MUST have additional Team Members!! During this season of COVID, our staff has changed. Please consider partnering with us to provide awesome classes for kids – to build relationships and grow in the knowledge of God’s love and perfect plan for their lives. HERE IS A LOOK AT WHAT WE OFFER ON SUNDAY MORNINGS IN THE 2020-2021 YEAR:

  • Preschool Ministry is for kids, Birth – 4 years of age (or 5 but in Kindergarten).
  • School Age ministry includes Kindergarten – 5th Grades.  

SUNDAY MORNING KIDMIN SCHEDULE:

  • 8:30am, 10am and 11:30am– Classes are available for Birth – 4 yr old children (or 5, not in Kindergarten)
  • Kindergarten-5th grade kids attend “252 Kids” in the Kids Theater at 8:30am OR 10am. The     opposite hour they attend worship with families.
  • Champion’s Club (ministry to kids with special needs) will be offered @ 8:30 and 10am.

MISSIONS

Operation Christmas Child: Since 1993, Samaritan’s Purse has collected more than 178 million shoe boxes packed with toys and other fun items by people like you, and delivered them to boys and girls in need around the world in partnership with local churches. Visit the table in the lobby this  Sunday mornings for information, packing boxes, and drop-off instructions. Dropped off COMPLETED boxes Nov 15th and 22nd at the tables by Welcome Desk and Volunteer Center. After the 22nd the boxes will not be accepted.
