Dear Church Family,

I pray you are well and walking in the grace and peace of Christ. We are living in a confusing season of history. It really is difficult to make sense of it all. And, while we need to be informed, I am convinced even more than ever of our need to hear from God.

2 Peter 1:19 says, “And we have the prophetic word more fully confirmed, to which you will do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.”

Friends, I implore you to develop your personal time in the Word of God. Listen to His words guided by the Holy Spirit. Deepen your relationship with God by listening to Him more. Let all the other voices fade into the background and pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place.
