Dear Bay Area Family,
Thank you for praying of our latest Israel experience. It was an awesome time hearing and seeing the things our Lord had for us. We baptized three new believers along the way! So awesome!
This Sunday we celebrate the third Sunday of Advent as we consider the issue of “Joy.” It’s not a feeling we fake as Christians, but more of a focus and a decision. I hope you will join us at 9:30 or 11:00, whether you are feeling joyful or not, to contemplate the reason for joy and to discover how we really can experience daily joy.
This Sunday we will be voting to affirm the Elders recommendation to promote Patrick Lyle from Worship Associate to Worship Pastor. We are very grateful to God for Patrick, Lindsey, and their family and excited about our future together.
Finally, make plans to worship with us on Christmas Eve. We wil have three, family friendly services at 2:30, 4:00, and 5:30. Invite your family, your neigbors, and anyone else who needs the hope of Christ.
