Title: What if we Took the Great Commandment Seriously?
Text: Luke 10:25-37
Gather the family, find a quiet place alone, sit with your spouse or a friend and read Luke 10:25-37.
Who is my neighbor?
Get the “neighborhood map” card that you received at our worship gathering today. Think about each home surrounding yours. If you don’t have the card you can find it in the “resources” section of the Bay Area Church App.
Write down the NAMES of the people who live in the houses represented by each box. (10 % of people can do this for all eight of their neighbors)
Write down some BASIC information about each person. (3% of people can fill out this much info for every home)
Write down some IN-DEPTH information you would know after connecting with them. (1% can do this for all of their neighbors)
Take baby steps. If you don’t know your neighbors’ names, make an effort to meet them this week. Begin now by praying for them.
