Dear Church,

This weekend we will finish our series in the book of Ephesians. We will be encouraged from Ephesians 6:10-24 to stand firm in the strength of God in the midst of a very real spiritual battle. In the battle, Christians of the 21st century west, often dismiss the battle as unreal. Sometimes we will acknowledge we are in a spiritual battle but we simply do not know how to fight in the strength of the Lord. Practically we all need this message. We will dispel lies, expose the enemy and his schemes, and discover how to stand firm in the strength of the Lord when we face very real spiritual warfare.

Mark Your Calendar:

April 15 – Budget Q&A in the Equip room of building “H” immediately following the 11:00 AM worship service.

April 22 – Bay Area Family Gathering – Let me ask that you make every effort to attend Sunday evening at 6:30 PM in the worship center. This is our annual family gathering and business session. We will look back for a moment at the ways the Lord has worked through our ministry this year and we will look forward toward our future. We are really excited to share with you some clarifying developments with our vision as a church and ways we would like to posture to saturate the 4B area with the gospel in the days ahead. We will introduce you to three new elder candidates, vote on the 2018-19 budget, and pray together for wisdom as we prepare for all that God has in store for us.

And, if you read all the way to the end of this email, thanks! We want to do our best to communicate with you consistently.

Grace and Peace,

Brian
